Pros: The camera's 30fps is a great feature, as it allows you to catch a lot of "action" pictures, which is what i primarily enjoy taking. It also allows you to utilize very closely cut pictures to stitch together a decent panorama from a scenic stand point.

Cons: The camara poor imaging for low-light situations, as do most point and shoots. The flash is relatively adequate for it's purpose, but not for the price you're paying.

The camera itself decided to give up on me after about 6 months. Been taking hordes of pictures on it, and the camera in a cushioned case fell on a grass patch. Ever since then it's got "Lens Error" and it'll cost me an arm to fix it through repair people.

Sure you shouldn't be dropping on your camera to begin with, but accidents do happen. It just seems the camera was only designed for very mild mannered use, which totally defeats the purpose of having a camera that can capture 30 fps.

Be aware that Casio camera's have a history of being prone to "lens error" problems.

Other Thoughts: Overall, i would probably say this camera was overpriced for it's one unique feature, while the other features are mediocre at best.

For everyday users, go for a simple canon. For more advance users, i suppose it's moving on to the DSLR market.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It's a very good buy. The high speed video feature is a trade-off. You sacrifice resolution for frames per second. I typically stick with 210 fps, at 640x320 or something. If I gave you my opinion, I'd say it's FREAKING AWESOME! Worth buying.

Picture quality is excellent. 30 pictures per second feature is pretty sick too.

Cons: The 1,000 fps has a nearly pointless resolution, but it's still cool to see things that slowly. :)

Other Thoughts: If you're not interested in the high-speed video mode, I'd advise spending less money on another camera that doesn't have the feature.

2 out of 5 eggsWhat a let down

Pros: lots of the coolest features.

Cons: None of them matter because the image quality is so poor. I have not had a camera produce this poor image quality in 5 years. what good is 30 FPS and 720p HD video and slow-mo video if the image quality is so poor. I thought it was my fault for changing the settings so I reset to factory settings and the results hardly changed. My Canon PowerShot SD850 IS 3 years old takes way better pictures.

Other Thoughts: I am returning today and will buy another Canon.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Camera

Pros: I've had this camera for a month and I've got to say that it is one of my favorite point and shoot cameras out there. The image quality is crystal clear and the video capabilities are absolutely amazing. I was skeptical about Casio cameras at first because of what people had said about them in the past but I now I know that they do not know what they were talking about. I would highly recommend this camera to any one!

Cons: None!
