5 out of 5 eggsGreat zoon lens

Pros: Seriously for the money you cannot get better reach on an alpha platform. The price is amazingly low, the images are spectacular, and the quality is sharp and clear. I have shot SO MANY events with this lens, including very fast paced tahitian dancing, and it captures the moments perfectly.

Cons: Only slow focusing in dark non contrasted scenes, you get used to it quickly and adjust... I don't miss many shots.

Other Thoughts: Once again for the money just buy it, amazing lens for the money. Newegg got me this lens so fast I thought I paid for overnight shipping by accident, seriously Newegg rocks.

This is my second 75-300mm lens (same one), always good to have an extra!

4 out of 5 eggsJust ok

Pros: It does what is suppose to do I can zoom in on my subjects without being right in their face. I've enjoyed the lens for doing senior pictures and bird shots.

Cons: It's a cheap lens compared to others out there and you get what you pay for. The auto focus sucks in my opinion but I knew that going into it so I wasn't real upset. My next purchase will be a Pentax K-7 with a wide angle lens as I do mostly nature photography

Other Thoughts: Newegg shipping rocked and I'm just happy it works :)
