Pros: At the time I purchased this, it was discounted $30. I was expecting something on the flimsy side, but all in all this tri-pod is sturdy and functional. Wishing I bought more at the discount for gifts.

Cons: None really.

Other Thoughts: This is my first tri-pod. Mainly use this for family photos and the kids use it for making stop motion movies with a camcorder.

Cons: If you are trying to get smooth pans and tilts for film, you will want to buy something else. Also the little hook that is meant for holding the weight to weigh the tripod down is plastic and glued on. Not really functional.

Pros: This was my second buy on this unit. It was for my daughter who always liked the one I bought for myself.

Pros: It's tall and seems to work pretty well. The legs seem a bit more durable than the rest of it.

Cons: It lightwieght so it's a little top heavy with a camera on it.

Other Thoughts: Honestly its a $27 tripod. Its really pretty great for $27. Don't expect it to be a $100 tripod...

Other Thoughts: I bought this as a Christmas present in 2008 for my mother. She still uses this to this day. 4 years says a lot. If you need a cheap tri-pod, you simply can't beat this one.

Pros: Solid, good design. Has quick detachment for camera platform. I got this for an old Mini DV camcorder The standardized screw and bolt fit perfectly! Also comes with a caring case.

Cons: The plastic screw top that holds the height adjustment in place was broken on arrival so I had to fix it... Lame

Pros: I highly recommend this Tripod. The legs extend easily and lock in place. Its equiped with a level. The camcorder locks in place and is adjustable vertically and horizontally.
