5 out of 5 eggsExcellent product, great value, works as advertised

Pros: Very easy to punch out ports. Includes good documentation, including A/B wiring guides displayed right on the patch panel. Plenty of room to punch wiring for all 24 ports. Finally, a great value for the price.

Cons: Not really a con, as this was not rack mounted, rather it was mounted in a closet, but it would've been nice if the face plate on the patch panel had even a small bottom and top lip, and not just the side lips, typically used to mount the patch panel in a server rack. So again, as it was designed for rack mount, this probably can't really be called a con.

Pros: I liked this panel. I have only a few ports to patch together here at the house and it worked great. Easy to identify which wire went were. Easy to get the cable into position.

I also liked the mounting screws they weren't cheap and they worked great.

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsHave not installed yet.

Pros: delivered undamaged. writing all reviews today. nice box lots of ports. gig enet.

Cons: didn't come with rack...lol
no one has showed up yet to install it.

Other Thoughts: going to install in a oak cabinet, that matches rest of house. will tun all phone and ethernet drops through it and see what happens. we'll see if it supports gig enet when i get a new router.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Inexpensive patch panel. Cleaning up the cable spaghetti in my basement nicely.

Cons: Really designed only for installation in a 19" rack. Doesn't include mounting brackets.

Other Thoughts: I made myself a home mounting bracket using cheap aluminum and mounted this near my other electrical/telco stuff in my basement. Works good.
