Pros: - not much to say. Could not get it to accept the key. No opportunity to create a favorable impression.

Cons: - pretty stupid upgrade; the only way to get this to work properly is uninstall Norton 365 and reinstall Norton Security Deluxe.
- no matter what I did, the software would not recognize the security key provided by NewEgg
- pretty much a software upgrade disaster. Recommend you just use the built in Microsoft security features and forget spending the money. Oh how the great have fallen....

Pros: Very good Security for pc

Pros: Solid protection (as usual from Norton).

Excellent customer service.

Many extra cleaning tools that are very useful for performance on the PC.

Minimal background CPU / Memory usage.

Cons: Identity Safe Auto Fill STILL not compatable with Firefox. (several months now) ( -1 Star) To Norton's credit they are working out a solution that is forthcoming.

Major issues with keeping premium version installed on other devices (phone and tablet). Must re-install after every update and go through a lengthy clean-out and re-log in just to get what should be a "premium" service and a single install. Annoying at best. (- another star)

Other Thoughts: I've been using Norton security products for over a decade and been very satisfied. In the last year satisfaction has dipped considerably because of the con issues mentioned. Other than those, I do still recommend Norton Security to protect your devices and computers.
