Cons: None Other Thoughts: I have used Norton for several years. It works well with Windows, and does not cause system problems as other anti-virus programs I used previously did. It also seems to do a good job of protecting our devices from viruses and other bad things. The one time I called their help desk, I was treated with courtesy and they helped me solve the problem. I have not reason to even consider changing. My only complaint is the Norton site is confusing, and figuring out how to download the software was a pain. Works as it should, and is reliable. Cons: Getting this product from the cloud stinks. It is a time-consuming process, and the potential for getting a bad install exists. Norton should stick to disks which was bullet-proof, but the cloud is the way of the future. I can't imagine someone without a fair degree of technical competence completing this download and install easily. 1 out of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you?
