Cons: It can be a little naggy. Keeps scanning network drives even though it's been told not to. Other Thoughts: I ordered this because Norton is/has retired it's older products. Installation was easy and my old settings transferred over. It's an all inclusive sort of product which I don't usually go for but I haven't had any issues with it. Had no issues with getting the wrong download... but I took my key and added it to my "My Norton Account" and downloaded from there. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? Cons: I ordered Norton Security - 10 devices + Backup on upon the initial order confirmation the download 'arrows' were not active and I could not download the product. Called NewEgg about problem and they passed my problem to another group who would contact me in 3-7 days which they did not. I later found my order history with a link to 'download product'. However that appears to download Norton Internet Security, a different product with fewer devices and no backup. Other Thoughts: Use other vendors to get this product, or at a minimum order boxed version. Had I done that I would have had the product by now. 2 out of 3 people found this review helpful. Did you?
