Pros: Game has very good graphics. Interesting that you can chose between good and evil which changes your character.
Cons: Found it rather interesting that there were some very adult situations going on in which i wouldnt want my kids to deal with cheating people in the town and call girls in which a quest is to tell on a cheating husband or to accept a gold to keep it hush hush. Game controls for bow with ranged weapon requires mouse with 3 fingers to fire. You have to use Left and Right click in a hold left click and then use scroll wheel to draw string back, and then right click to fire. Plus use a mouse combination to target enemy. Cramps up hand! ha ha. They over complicated this. Game is VERY LINEAR. Game play is very confined, such as you go to walk across some stones in a brook and you cant step of of them into water. Invisible forcefield keeps your from being able to go left or right into water of brook and you remain on the stones.
Other Thoughts: Dont think I would buy this game if I would have known that the gameplay is linear, limited in travel in environment to be too artificial vs natural, and that I would have to switch from using 1 finger to point and click on mouse to 3 fingers, which is just about easier to use right hand to right and left click and then take left hand and scroll the scroll wheel to target and draw string back on bow.

Pros: This is a great exampleof RPG. Has all you might wont from rpg: weapon clases - range, melee, magic. Has great customisation - if you are evil, ppl will be affraid of you, if you are saint, ppl will love you, if you are a mage you become to look like one (think of Gendalf from Lord of The Rign)... Also you go though all your caracters life, from childhood till you in jail 30 years late (and believe me you will end up in jail LOL)
Cons: i dont think it has any cons. Some people say its a little childish and cartoony, but as a big fan of special effects and great grephics i still enjoyed this game and have it in my heart in the top 10 games
Other Thoughts: Do not go for Fable 2 and Fable 3, as with the , movies, the First one is ALWAYS better, try it, you will be surprised with how good the game is, and if you like it, then go fo other ones

Pros: A FANTASTIC example of western third-person RPGs. The story is well thought out, and is told with great depth without losing the audience in the details. Gameplay is ingenious, bringing the RPG genre to the masses with a very simplified control scheme. Fable by itself had a somewhat disappointing ending, but The Lost Chapters resolves that very well in my opinion. the campaign is somewhat short in comparison to other games in its genre, but somehow the game just functions perfectly that way.
Cons: The game could have been a bit longer... that seems to be an ongoing complaint about the fable franchise. this game is the only one out of the three that actually makes ample use of its time frame, but more time is always a plus.
also, some key characters could have been explored to greater depths. the villains, for example. no spoilers in this review, but some characters definitely needed more backstory.
Other Thoughts: i'm seeing a lot of reviews saying "this sucks, get oblivion" and similar comments.
THIS IS NOT OBLIVION. GET OVER IT.
Seriously, it's like saying soccer sucks because you'd rather watch american football. they're both sports, but they're very different in the way they're played. both oblivion and fable are RPGs, but just because they aren't similar doesn't mean one is inferior to another.
fable has its own unique playing experience, and should not be dismissed simply because it isn't a bethesda product.

Pros: Probably my favorite rpg of all time not counting pokemon but thats because of nostalgia. this game runs fine on my 8500 gt .
Cons: Very rarely crashes if you have the textures turned all the way up so i recomend just leaving everything default the world looks less cartoony that way anyway.
Other Thoughts: This game looks like a game for kids but make sure your 17+ this games has alot of blood.

Pros: its fun and a little addicting when you first get it, but after a while it becomes easy to lose interest in and a tad boring : ( its a not so demanding game and i was able to play it on my old hp pavilion stock on mobo graphics.
Cons: ok...for starters when i first got the game i could not play it, i installed it, but it would give me some cr@p about direct draw or something, so i took a shot and installed the latest video drivers from the hp website and it fixed it. i tried this on a dell and failed, never played. ( dells probably the worst pc made) the graphics are old, the hands and other body parts are oddly huge.
Other Thoughts: after getting my new system: x2 6000+, 2gb ddr2 800, 250 gb hd, and a 8800gts g92, i made this game my prison 6!tch

Pros: This game is amazing. Graphics are nice considering how old the game is. Many stats and spells to upgrade, and an innovative experience system makes the game unique.
Cons: Campaign is too short. You will most likely just start a new one though. :)
Other Thoughts: Buy it, the price is great for the fun you will have.

Pros: The game has a certain something that draws you in, can't put my finger on it but it's there. I like the fact that you can choose to perform good deeds or bad ones and those actions will affect your appearance and the way people react to you. Combat system is easy to learn and effective in use.
Cons: Graphics are showing their age but that is too be expected. I don't like the way feet and hands are rendered, they all look a little too big. That's just me being nit picky though. Game is pretty linear. Also environment's are small and each time you move to another area you have to wait on the game to load. Granted the loading times are short, and there is a teleporter system to help you get around once you have found the teleporter pads.
Other Thoughts: Overall a great game. Worth playing through at least twice, once to play the game the "good" way, and again to play the "evil" way.

Pros: The story is cool, the good or evil thing is awesome, it has a great storyline, good graphics for the time, and gameplay and controls are really good even for me using a mouse and keyboard.
Cons: The game is "short" for an RPG, i think i got through with it within 20 hours and is fairly linear but you cant complain because this game originally came out for the X-BOX
Other Thoughts: i still play it even though i havent beat oblivion yet
This review is from: Fable: The Lost Chapters PC Game

Cons: not as much freedom as i expected
