Corel has chosen not to patch this version of CorelDraw X5. If you buy something other than the home version they DO have a patch. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN THIS PRODUCT. Corel has really deteriorated. Cons: PhotoPaint won't save files and doesn't even warn you about it. Corel has chosen not to patch this version of CorelDraw X5. power 1 1/20/2012 4:56:38 PM Tech Level: 3/5 Ownership: 2/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 1/5Real unhappy customer Pros: can't get it to open and customer service is a joke so I don't know of any pros. Liked draw when I used it ten years ago. Cons: there is a part of the program called A.R.M. That says the new install is corrupted and I can't get past it. Removed and reinstalled twice. Tried to get support for two days and it appears that the only thing they offer is a bunch of FAQ's that don't help with this problem at all. Unfortunately it's software so I guess I am out the purchase price Other Thoughts: New Egg rocks as usual. I can't even complane about shipping this time ( not that " I " ever have had a problem) as package got here a day early. I also use the Adobe Suite, and while it is excellent, CorelDraw is quicker and better in many respects. I especially like the seamless integration with the other programs in the suite. A lot of Corel Programs for the money, compared to buying the included programs seperately. (It is a Home and Student Version) Cons: I have so much to learn, to even come close to knowing how to use everything. Not really a con, but unless you already are familure with these programs... yes, it's a Home and Student version. I'm looking forward to learning with the training options. Other Thoughts: I am a new rookie to this program. I have used Photo and Draw programs before. You can open and use right from the start. But too really know how to really use it, good training available from corel.. yea. I doubt this includes ALL the features of buying the Full Versions programs.. Wow... I see great options now.. So, if you are like me and want to be good at using these programs.. buy it. It might seem like a lot to spend for a program.. it's not. I see it as a steal compared to buying their seperate versions. I'll buy those later and expand.. I did recommend this to several friends already..
