In order to even get into "customer service" it says that your registered product isn't registered and when you try and re-register it you recive a new message that it's already registered. Cons: No way to turn off defaults when program starts. This results in a very small viewing area for the photos. Other Thoughts: If you are thinking of purchasing this because it has a rebate, that's what I did....5 months ago, and still do not have a check. In fact the newer version is out before I even have the rebate for the old version (X3). Rebate was approved 4 months ago, and check is "still in process". Called them, fooled around with the voice menus for 10 minutes trying to get it to accept my tracking number, finally spoke with a rep that was polite, but got the "We dont know what happened" story, and "we will reprocess it"...you know how this goes...you would think I would learn by now about rebates.... 3 out of 4 people found this review helpful.
