The information on the card with the unlock code does not work correctly. Save your money and buy Cyberlink Other Thoughts: If they can't make a product that works correctly, they should get out of the business. Oh, and the rebate , it takes 4 months to get. If you want to be able to play blu ray movies on your computer this will make it happen. Cons: I've noticed if you're running dual monitors and move it across to the other screen it's playing on, there will be about a 10 second freeze on your computer (it's not my PC, its the application). Did come with 30 days tech support from Corel. Cons: Several re-installs, patches etc it will not work on my machine. Other Thoughts: After several emails back and forth with tech support (email support only!) I was asked to remove my Comodo antivirus and the WinDVD, restart, reinstall WinDVD and see what happens. WinDVD appears to install, but when I go to launch the program, all I get is a splash screen then nothing. No error. nada. So I then tried to uninstall WinDVD, but it will not let me remove the program. I will have to use my restore image to get back to a cleaner system. Very dissappointed in Corel and WinDVD. Cons: the flix finder option has been deleted in their update and that website is for sale. The 2d to 3d option doesn't work for most things. the upscale converter is horrible and adds a static look to the video.I overpaid for this on newegg since corel website has it for 49.99 normal price and newegg on sale was 69.99. Other Thoughts: I've never really had to do much price compairing with newegg but since this purchase i will from now on and may decide to shop elsewhere. This is as advertised with flix finder but guess what, it was removed from the software when u update since they shut down that feature.
