Not Compatible with Vista!!
- Pros: I have been a user/customer of Norton products since 1992. Enough said.
- Cons: Norton 2007 NOT compatible with Vista, per symentec site.
- Other Thoughts: Nowhere on this page does it say tha this will not install in Vista!
not worth it
- Pros: All in One solution when you add personal firewall.
- Cons: Subscription renewal is as expensive as repurchasing the product.
- Other Thoughts: I am trying to keep an Athlon XP 3200 running XP pro for 1 more year before rebuilding, and i did a clean install and add Systemworks and personal firewall. After two unsuccesful installs and hours spent with chat support from "country name identified as an inappropriate word". I remembered that Half Life 2 would not install from my SATA Plextor DVD burner (which Sierra narrowed down quickly). Swapped in an IDE drive and install worked, even though Indian support said that was not the problem.
Run Far and Fast
- Pros: Did what it says it will mostly.
- Cons: Some of the features just dont work. I upgraded my hard drive and found out that even though i paid for a one year subscription that it was null and void because they see this as pirating the software.
- Other Thoughts: If you are a modder or frequent upgrader pass on this product and use anything else. Tech support is bad and phone support took 2 hours to tell me that i'd have to buy another copy of the program to continue using it.
