Terrible Product, even worse support

Pros: To be fair, the software itself wasn't terrible. It has some nice features and it presents them in a friendly manner. However, see Cons.
Cons: Online or "Cloud" integration is absolutely horrible. I was in a chat with a representative who obviously couldn't understand half of what I was saying for over half an hour before he admitted, yes there is something wrong with my login. The whole issue was that I could login to one part of the site but not the other. After having logged in with his own credentials the representative naturally assumed it was the stupid customer's fault for not being able to remember their information. Lets leave out the fact that I had only setup my account, purchased and installed the software one day before hand. I was lead through a password reset process which I had already told them wasn't working. It simply wouldn't accept my response to the security question. Soon he suggested I reset it using their process. He sent an email with a reset link which allowed me to reset it without using a security question. However, part of the process was selecting a new question. This time I selected a different question, typed in and WROTE DOWN my answer (including case). I tried to login and was still told my credentials were no good. Just for the heck of it, I tried the "Forgot your password" link again. I was presented with my new question. I thought this was a good start, it had remembered my newly input data. I was wrong... it still didn't accept my response to the security question. Finally was told there was "something wrong with my account" and I would have to create a new one. I went through a whole process of creating a new account after being assured my information from the old account would still be accessible. As it turns out, he wasn't lying. It WAS still accessible. The part he left out is that now I had two separate accounts and the old data was still accessible only through the OLD account which was basically left out in a field to ROT since I could no longer reset the password or link it to anything. Oh, and I had to port my existing install of the lovely product with all of my data over to the new account so whatever was left in the other one would be ancient by Tuesday.
Other Thoughts: The only good thing I CAN say about their customer support is that the moment I mentioned wanting a refund they jumped at the chance to serve me and it was processed quite expediently.
