Pros: Better than just the AV Version. You get a couple of extra features that are nice to have if you want them. Doesn't eat up a lot of resources. Shuts down threats right away. If configured just right, you can barely tell it's there.

Cons: The registration process was, a little TMI I thought I should provide. The update to 2014 took a little while, the ESET server must have been slow that day.

Other Thoughts: Security software isn't measured by how many traces it detects, but rather how long it keeps your system going. I was happy with a trial version, so I bought the full version!

Pros: Got it on sale. Has a feature where you can set permissions for the firewall and it will learn what you always allow and create a rule for it. Very helpful for my in house cloud network.

Cons: Full price is too much.

Pros: Installed and upgraded to newest version, perfect! I've used eset before and it is great! It has saved me numerous times from viruses.

Cons: NA

Pros: Free Application update with subscription. It works with my Home Server. Very easy install and setup. Social Media Protection. Web access protection. Free training.

Cons: None so far after three months of ownership.

Other Thoughts: I was using another antivirus for my Home Sever version 2003. I updated to WHS 2011 after a terrible system failure due to a hard drive controller issue. I attempted to reinstall the other A.V. I had before only to find WHS 2011 was not actually supported, at least not in writing. After a couple of attempts to get support with this I gave up and bought Nod 32 version 6. So far it has worked well.

Pros: This AV is the best. The impressive accolades are what drew me in and I have to say I'm very satisfied with ESET NOD32.

I set mine to update hourly, peace of mind is a great thing.

Cons: It's going through that "rebel" phase, refusing to doing my laundry.

Pros: Smooth and light on your system

Pros: I have been using this software for 3 years now. I run some medical software and was told that this software had less of a tendency to create issues with the software. I also like the online scan that is offered to clean up a computer with a virus. I replace KASPERSKY with ESET and on the first scan found 16 virus that Kaspersky had not caught. Now the computer is running fast and clean.

Cons: Not as user friendly when it comes to tech support since most of the communication is done by email. Which can take some time to get a response but have always gotten everything resolved and the tools needed to fix my problems.

Pros: Mostly written in Assembly Language so fast and light compared to competition. I upgraded to V6 recently from V5 with no problems and NO LOSS OF PERFORMANCE on Windows XP SP3 (my only Windows machine). Very advanced rule config for the knowledgeable. Very intuitive GUI. I have used ESET since V4 when the usual AV vendors hurt performance too much and let thru many test virus sigs. I periodically test its against those others (old IT pro) and it always comes out far ahead.

Cons: Relatively expensive but you get what you pay for. US Sales support needs improvement.

Other Thoughts: If you want to stay with WinXP for whatever reason as MS retires it, you would do well to install ESET to protect the machine.

Pros: Great Internet Security. I am an office machine tech and a high end flight sim gamer. This protects my pc and has a great firewall that catches and keeps things out!

Excellent upgrade process and new releases are FREE.
