Pros: Nice graphics and missions are great.

Cons: This game is seriously demanding on computer power. Scenery design is non existant. You will no longer see photorealistic tarmac and runways like you did in the past version. Aircraft included have some bugs.

Other Thoughts: I am a long time flightsimmer. I really thought this game would be a big improvement over Flight Simulator 2004 but it really isn't all that big of a deal. Its preetier but you can't notice it due to the low FPS you will get. Hold on your buy until you can upgrade you video card atleast.

Built to sell hardware

Pros: The promise of high detail is great providing that you have the power of an NSA computer to run it.

Cons: I have tried it on two upper-mid-range computers that ran 2004 in very-high graphics mode smoothly. Med-high to high modes are unusable in FSX on the same computers. Not to mention I have found several bugs in only a couple hours of use.

The worst yet

Pros: Very little to make this any better than any other flight simulator that I have purchased in the past.

Cons: The cons are many, first the graphics are extremely unsatisfying and the planes do not act as if they were working according to specs. The program stalls and I have a high end graphics computer just for the purpose of flying flight simulators. I have a Quad-Core Processor and fast graphics card and still cannot make this program work the way it is supposed to and is advertised to.

Other Thoughts: Am completely unsatisfied with the program and do not recommend this program to anyone. Should you have the choice, by a copy of FS2004 or even lower. There are many sites out there with perfectly good add-ons for these programs, but I am not recommending FSX.

Awesome simulator

Pros: great overall graphics quality and range. it is amazing what you can see from the air in a game. this is a very realistic game with great calibration of controls and realistic flight abilities. the freedom of flight is great along with the vast selection of missions. great all-around flight simulator

Cons: It would be better if they had fighter planes and fighting missions. It would make it a whole lot more interesting. All the missions are passive flights and rescues.

Other Thoughts: As I have a fairly old computer (7 years), I have not been able to experience the full power of this game or load any aircraft or terrain off the internet. That has been very annoying, but when I upgrade my computer in a couple of months, I will be able to see the full spectrum this game has to offer. I'll have more then.

Pros: for the money its a great buy! I love this program.
I am going to join a virtual airline and this game is the only way that I can.

Cons: you have to have a quad core cpu and at least 1 graphic card.
