2003 is better
- Pros: new designs and better graphics
- Cons: i found it very hard to format the layout manually and almost impossible to do it automatically with the preset designs
- Other Thoughts: publisher 2003 is much easier to format designs and in my opinion is a lot better than 2007
Still Publisher
- Pros: Newer version, some new templates.
- Cons: Harder to start up a new, blank document.
- Other Thoughts: Still the newer version.
