- Pros: Server runs amazing. Software works great like expected.
Disk is shiny like usual
Understand there is only 1 Real product key.
You have another license for 1 virtual server.
THIS IS NOT FOR 2 COMPUTERS ONLY 1 (Just clearing that out)
- Cons: This box has a sticker key, it easily comes off.
The box that contains the disks sucks it broke just by touching it.

Hyper-V is a virtual operating system on the same computer.
Question
- Pros: 2008 Server is just the best NT to date. Nice OS.
- Cons: None yet. CD Key sticker seemed a bit worn off. They should switch back to harder matieral like the silver ones instead of these paper labels.
- Other Thoughts: Question. One person said
"You get both the 32bit and 64bit discs and 2 product keys. The EULA allows you to install two copies of the OS on two seperate machines. "
However, I don't see this. I get 1 key on the CD package and 1 virtual key. Not two real keys. Am I missing something.
- Pros: You get both the 32bit and 64bit discs and 2 product keys. The EULA allows you to install two copies of the OS on two seperate machines. The extra Hyper-V key allows you to install the OS on another machine. And, you don't have to install HyperV either. x64 supports up to 32 GB of RAM. Running with 8GB on both my rigs.
- Cons: Doesn't support Bluetooth. Though you can force Bluetooth to work. BT isn't part of the Wireless feature that you can add on.
- Other Thoughts: Have a quad core and a core 2 duo rig running the OS, both activated and setup with AD, DNS and other features, roles for my SOHO domain. Finally demoted my one 2003 server and raised the domain level to 2008 to get the most out of DFS. 24/7 since last July. Academic version is 529 US for 5 CAL, same as this, 2 discs, same EULA
