Good software at low price
- Pros: Solid software for low price. Great for PC builders
- Cons: NONE
- Other Thoughts: recently picked up two of these for a few PC builds. Both installed fine without any issues. Will work for either an update or a recently formatted hard drive. Price is alot cheaper then XP full and does the same thing. You'll get the installation CD and a product key. No flashy box or anything else, but others can have that and I'll take the cheaper price!
A Great Operating System
- Pros: XP has been a great operating system for quite some time. I am still running it in a dual boot with Windows 7, however I am getting to like Windows 7 more and more, and someday, I might go Windows 7 all the way?
- Cons: It's overpriced, and outdated, and it has real trouble running many apps in the XP 64 Bit version. The 32 Bit is the only XP that is stable, but is limited to just over 3GB RAM.
- Other Thoughts: It's still the best O.S. for the older machines out there, those that can't run Windows 7 64 Bit, and those that don't need much RAM.
