Everything upgraded except my hp all-in one. I like even better than XP. Now when I need to build PC's for my boys I'll be set. Cons: Some graphics issues with my older dx9 card (Geforce gt9500) and had to manually get the driver to my scanner/printer from HP. Upgraded all 3 computers. The real test will be when I purchase a new motherboard, will I be able to transfer the serial like a normal retail copy? We'll see in a few months. Cons: none Other Thoughts: just remember this is an "upgrade" from vista or xp. It give you the option to do a clean install at beginning however if you do u will spend at least an hour on the phone with Microsoft getting the key corrected to allow a clean install.
