Cons: This software is advertised in online reviews stating that it is great software with great tech support. That is simply a lie in my case. It won't burn video files less than 4.7 gigs to DVD. I spent a lot of time composing a support ticket, taking a lot of screenshots showing that it keeps reporting all video file formats as being from 6 to 7 gigs in size, when this simply is not true. Windows 10 reports all of the files I tried to burn, as being well under the 4.7 gig max for the DVDs I am using. Thought that if I took the extra time to create visuals for the tech support to actually see this, then perhaps that would bring about a faster solution. WRONG!
As with many tech support people who are supposedly there to help you find answers, they (overseas support) are not a winning team and they must be getting paid on the number of emails they respond to, and not by how many users they resolve problems for. They cannot resolve the issue, and now after about 4 weeks, and my emailing them to remind them that I have an open ticket with the same issues still...they responded saying they will pass the problems to the next level of support. First of all almost all email tech support is practically worthless, and it's time software developers realized that all they are doing by providing only email support is hacking off a lot of users. And because I bought this online through newegg, I am stuck with the bill and cannot get a refund. I had to move on to another software program that was less expensive spending even more money now, but have had ZERO problems burning the exact same video files that would not burn with Powerless Power2 Go 10. Do not buy this software.
