1 out of 5 eggsMilk 'Em Till Their Dry!

Pros: Visually stunning, wide variety of things to kill time, millions of suckers playing

Cons: Get ready to spend your money! Most features require upgrades to this game. If you want to fly...well that will cost you at least $40 plus tons of gold in the game. Any services by blizzard...yeah...for a nominal fee. This is a classic bate and keep strategy and I feel for the millions of fish hooked on the line!

Other Thoughts: Blizzard has become unbelievably greedy as of late. I remember years ago, this game was actually about spent your $50 to buy the software, paid a monthly subscription and you were good. Then, some blizzard exec got the brilliant idea...let's rip off the people that already made us filthy rich! Do the math: over 10million players paying $15/mo. equals....ready for it? $150,000,000 every month on just subscriptions! That is not enough to these creeps...that have to charge for features that they added to the game (flying in Azeroth, etc). I finally see the light, and I only hope that this post saves at least on poor soul from poverty.

5 out of 5 eggsFun

Pros: Fun Game - caters to a wide array of gamers.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Got people in to this game that never considered themselves gamers before. They're now hooked. Blizz has created a game that has stood tall in a very over saturated MMO world.

5 out of 5 eggsWhat's to say?

Pros: Enormously entertaining. If you haven't played it yet, play it.

Cons: Enormously entertaining.

Other Thoughts: Keep in mind there is a big bad world O-U-T-S-I-D-E.

4 out of 5 eggsExcellent MMO, quality company

Pros: Very casual-friendly for an MMO (MMOs are intended to be games that you live in for extended periods. If you don't want that, don't bother.) Outstanding character classes. Some challenges in raiding at the high end - but this is mostly for the MMORPG gamer who wants a more laid-back playing style than hard-core, in my opinion. Graphics good, enough variety you'll find some parts of the WoW universe you like and some you won't. Good story line after the third X-pak, and more to come in the 4th.

Cons: Let me start by saying that there are, in my opinion, no great MMOs out there; none of them deserve 5 stars (and I'm not the kind of person that gives 5 stars to something unless I think it is outstanding). WoW is weak in immersive feel, so does not support roleplaying very well, if that's what you want (though there are those who succeed at it, so it can be done). Some of WoW is beautiful, however some of its old 2D graphics is ugly (all my opinion, of course). Most quests are dull (but typical of MMOs), so the game is very much "end game" oriented, which imo is antithetical to an MMO, which should be about the journey more than the end of the tale (or at least as much). Most of the meat of the game will be found in group endeavors, so if you are the kind of person who prefers solo play (like me), be prepared to get creative in making your own solo-fun.

Other Thoughts: So much is made of MMOs being "addictive". Let me tell you, that is ridiculous; anyone who says that has no concept of what addiction is. Very few people have a problem living a normal life and playing an MMO like World of Warcraft, and those people aren't stable to begin with. Yes, you may end up playing it a lot in terms of hours per week; no, it is very unlikely it will interfere with your job, your marriage (unless you already have problems), or your other real responsibilities. If it does, get help.

Excellent support from Blizzard; I suspect anyone who says otherwise got a rep having a bad day, or, more likely, is the kind of person that expects to get bad service and would call it bad service if he/she were given a million cash instantly and all problems solved. If you complain about a 50-minute wait on the phone in this day and age you need to get a grip on reality and grow up. I've played WoW for 4 years and service has been great for me.

1 out of 5 eggsbe warned

Pros: this game is great and anyone who has played will tell you the same except for the patches crashing my pc once it has been a good experience overall (in game) however....

Cons: customer support is the worst of any company i have ever experienced...i had an issue with my account and i spent 6 hours calling the number every 5 mins and then i finally got through only to wait 50 min to speak to someone and after they "fixed my account" now i cant log in at all so I have been trying to call for 5 days and still cant get back through..this is inexcuseable as they are collecting $15 per month on 11.5 million WOW accounts..thats 172.5 million give or take for discount subscriptions per month whats their excuse for this?? they should have plenty of money to maintain a good call center or two or even 10 so i warn you before you get started if you ever have an issue it will not be easy to get it fixed I am not getting ready to file a formal complaint against the company and even after almost a year of paying 15 a month and building my characters i am quitting over this

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Game

Pros: *Excellent game
*Great Price
*Free Shipping
*This is enough to get you started for your first few months of WoW
*Includes first month of play

Cons: Monthly fees, as to be expected with any great MMO nowadays :-(

Other Thoughts: Regular Price of $36.99 with free shipping isn't bad, but check local stores for sale prices before purchasing. Newegg had it on sale awhile back for 23.99 + Free shipping, which made it an epic deal

5 out of 5 eggsBest MMORPG

Pros: I have played about four other MMORPGS and this game is single-handedly the best one out there in the market. You might say the monthly fee is unappealing, but stuff like G*ild Wars do not compare to this game at all -- you get the support and updates and everything else from what you pay monthly. This game is highly addicting, a great addition to your gaming shelf, and will let you eat away man

Cons: NONE

Other Thoughts: Play this only if you have a lot of time in your hands. Do not play this if you are in a serious relationship, in college, or whatever it may be.

5 out of 5 eggsWoW

Cons: Blizzard charges too much for their expansions.
I think a free month should come with the purchase of each expansion....
