Players traverse the continents by griffins, horses, boats and goblin zeppelins finding adventure wherever it waits. The vistas of this world are as boundless as the imagination of its creators. Sitting astride a griffin and swooping over the lands or riding your own horse down the roads and paths that traverse the continents you will share the rewards of friendship and the memories epic quests in this amazing MMORPG.

Time Lapsed Review
- Pros: With multiple races and classes to choose from with more on the way, WoW has gained the appeal of having a diverse universe. The addition of professions allows for those with a basic understanding of supply and demand to use their knowledge. Others have mentioned that this game will cause you to lose your social life, it will not. While it is a facinating game to play, you may find that you've passed a few hours, but not days. Beginning a character is simple and straight forward and does not require a lot of experience. This game is for the young and the young at heart. While many enjoy the PvP aspect of it, there is also a bit to be said about the RP aspect of the game. You can immerse yourself into your character and ineract as with others who are not into the hack & slash that has become most MMOs.
- Cons: While this *IS* a game, there is an extreme number of kids in the game. I'm not refering to people of a young age, but rather of a poor maturity level. There are some good people. However, a majority are rude, vulgar, and abusive. The sever stability, as others have mentioned, can be horrendous at times but is decent for the most part considering the number of people per server. The story line could be a bit more consistant and detailed rather than "Kill the Horde!" or "Destroy the Alliance!". The lacking story line available in the quests is extremely choppy and inconsistant. Many people have found that they can buy their way into a better character which defeats the purpose of growing with your character and learning how to play it. If you buy a character and pay someone to get it to level 60, you won't automatically know how to play it as every other 60 would.
- Other Thoughts: The game is constantly expanding and being tweaked by the constant patches and upcoming expansion. If you want something to allow you to escape from reality from time to time, then this is the game for you. If you're wanting complete stability and immersive story line, stay away as it will only frustrate you. This game, like all others, is not without its cons, but certainly not lacking on it's pros either. I give it a 4 / 5. With increased support and more stable servers, this game could be outstanding. Let loose the dogs of war on the immature ones and the game will be superb. Ultimately the decision is yours. When in doubt, find someone who has the game and ask them if they will let you try it using a 10-day pass. Afterall, you know what you like better than any review could possibly know.
What? $_150 per year?
- Pros: Good graphic. Deeper lev up system compare to other game in this type.
- Cons: What? $_150 per year? That is just nuts. Just for that I give it a 1 egg. I go with 5dollor per months but this price is just too high. I rather buying and upgrading my graphic card/extra computer component with that price than continue paying monthly fees for just playing a game that you already bought!
- Other Thoughts: Blizzard make so much money on this game that they forgot how great Diablo was. Its all about the cash these day. Try GuildWars for gameshake, they dont charge for online play and the community is no different form WoW.

- Pros: Many areas to explorer, item crafting, world economy, ability to jump, ride many many different mounts, raids, world pvp, battlegrounds, arena, overall fun.
I have played this since 2005 and have enjoyed almost every minute of it (minus those daily quests). Some say it is slow to level up at the beginning, but you must realize that 2 other expansions have been added to the game since its initial release as well as many many patches. They have increased the speed of leveling at the lower levels though. So it shouldn't be too much of a problem now.
- Cons: Slightly repetitive at times (like daily quests).
- Other Thoughts: 15$ a month may seem like alot, but servers are maintained with weekly maintenance, new items and content are constantly added to the game via patches which are available for testing by users via the PTR (patch test realm). Blizzard tries to keep the computer reqs down for the game so a vast number can play even if they dont have the latest and greatest computers. (However this is said to change in the next expansion)
Great game and fast delivery.

- Other Thoughts: Newegg was fast. I ordered it yesterday at 3 PM EST and it came at 9 AM this morning!
NOT the best MMORPG
- Pros: Entertaining, until you play a real MMORPG.
- Cons: Slow, repetitive, horrible graphics, immature player base (being called a WoW player is NOT a compliment).
- Other Thoughts: Very cartoony, not much to do at lower levels and VERY slow getting around the world without $.
EQ2 has aged MUCH more gracefully than WoW. EQ2, Guildwars, WAR and Conan AoR have much better graphics than WoW.
As for the monthly fee... $15/month is less than most spend on, movie rentals, or dinner for one, or for three beers at a bar... really - if you spend more than a few hours on a monthly fee'd game, it has paid for itself.
