5 out of 5 eggsamazing

Pros: Story, voice cast, graphics, hilarious script

Cons: Short, no sprint, too expensive on this site.

Other Thoughts: I have this game for a while now and my overall impression of it is 'best puzzle game ever played'. I was shocked when i saw what newegg was charging for this game. I payed less than half at target when it was regular price.

5 out of 5 eggsMind relaxer

Pros: Very fun, It goes great with my f310. The level are mind twisting and the story plot was fast paced that I can't find which way to go. Another positive thing was Co-op and looks like it should be another good game to play with a friend. Community maps also another positive, made from creative people's mind. This unique concept is the new kind of puzzle.

Cons: All is just scary alone rooms that has been vacant for alone time. Because it takes place in the world of HL: 3

Other Thoughts: This games makes the eggs break over the limit.

5 out of 5 eggsHilarious!

Pros: This game is entertaining and a challenge at times. It is not really for little kids but 10+ should get it. I'm an old guy and love it.

Cons: Might be tough if you're, well...if puzzles are hard for you.

Other Thoughts: Get it, you'll like it.

5 out of 5 eggsThe only fault is that it has to compare to the original

Pros: The world bigger and shinier than the first, they've added new mechanics to give the puzzles a complexity the first couldn't achieve, and the wit and charm has been cranked up to 11.5.
That's all there really is to be said on the improvements made over Portal. It's like saying that the only way a gem-encrusted ring can be made more beautiful is by carving in some pretty and intricate designs in the band.

Cons: The only thing I had a problem with, in truth, is that during one or two long portions of Portal 2, I'd spend 5-10 minutes hunting around for the one portal-able panel out of the square-mile sized wall. Then I find that one piece, portal up to it, then look for the panel that would get me up to the door to the next room.

Other Thoughts: Unfortunately, sequels are always inevitably compared to previous installments, and Portal 2 has to compete with the colossal hit that is Portal. Portal 2, as I mentioned, is bigger and shinier, yes, but I get the feeling that some of it is just that little bit padded out, whereas Portal was tight and trimmed out anything that had the faintest whiff of empty fluff.
It's like the difference between two or three scoops of decadent gourmet ice cream - that's Portal - and a big bowl of cheap mint chocolate chip with chocolate sauce - Portal 2. They're both really, really, REALLY good, just for different reasons.

5 out of 5 eggsShort review and a "Wag of my finger" to another reviewer.

Pros: It's a game that pretty much anyone can enjoy, I like that I have an entertaining game that I can recommend to family etc.

It's fun, both from the humorous parts of the story line, and from all those "Ohhhhhhhh I get it now moments.

Cons: When I first bought it, it crashed a bunch of times before I downloaded the update.

Other Thoughts: To the poster halfway down the first page.

"After going through all the gyrations to install this cr*p, it wouldn't automatically log in. We never did get the game to start. My hardware and operating system exceed the system recommendations by a wide margin. The problem lies with the fact this software requires logging in to a remote site to load or operate.

Besides being out some cash, my 11 year old son is really dismayed. This is a hard object lesson for a young lad and it really hurts him that we could not get this software to run. He had been saving up his chore money so I could buy this for him and now he's heartbroken."

Sir. It sounds like you're just saying, "Well tough luck little Billy, you worked your bum off, but too bad you're not getting your money back (because I can't work the computer unless it's quickbooks.

Sir. I give you a wag of my finger. And hope that you do whatever it takes to get the game installed as it should be. Because it really is a great game

5 out of 5 eggsMust Buy

Pros: Fun, exciting, challenging, eerie, funny, silly, smart, etc.

Cons: I admit it's slightly more "on rails" than Portal 1, but even with that criticism, it's still leagues beyond 99% of the games out there.

Other Thoughts: The fact that a game can exist that is as full, rich, high-budget, and exceptionally well developed as this, and yet you don't shoot anyone--it's not just novel, it's revolutionary. Portal 1 was genius; Portal 2, maybe slightly less so, but, again, it still beats the pants off of any other big-budget game. If you haven't bought this yet, you absolutely should.

3 out of 5 eggsoverrated

Pros: decent campaign while it lasted.

Cons: the game is horribly overrated. I see no reason why its rated so highly by people. The game after the first play through is incredibly boring. Should of been $10

5 out of 5 eggsAnother amazing Valve game.

Pros: Everything.

Cons: Besides making you not want to play no other game. There is nothing wrong with it.
