They are much cleaner in close ups and easier to read when in map view. It also helped that the indicators were easy to see. I also love that this version doesn't take 15 minutes to upload. Well, it may. I only have 1 expansion pack installed, unlike Sims2 that has every expansion. Only time will tell if that will affect load time. Cons: There is no manual. Not on the DVD, not on the website, nothing. Everything has to be learned through the really annoying and very skimpy tutorials. At least with Sims2 in several I received a piece of paper that told me how to use the mouse and keyboard short cuts. THAT would have been nice! Because there is no manual, the learning curve is steep. If I hadn't been playing The Sims since the original version, I would be completely lost right now. Did you find this review helpful?
