- Pros: Flawless install, zero crashes, tons of features, special fx, and much more.

This program has to be activated!
- Pros: It will work with AVCHD from my new Canon HV100
- Cons: Beware: Sony like many other software publisher have gone the Windows way of "activation" process. So you can install on one computer. If you have a HDD crash, get a new computer or just want to re-install Windows you have to call Sony to get a new activation code. What a bunch of bowell movement! Of course you realy have to dig to find this out before you buy it which I found out after I bought it.
- Other Thoughts: Dang software pirates. So why dont I go to jail for selling by old books and CD's at a rumage sale?
