Boring
- Pros: You control a lot of military units. You can call in artillery strikes. and the maps are huge.
- Cons: So hard to control all units because there's so many. You basically control them as a group. If you control them individually and they're under attack they die before you can finish the command. There's not so much option you just basically give the whole units to attack here or there or retreat. I bought this game because I thought it was like Company of Heroes, This game is nothing like it, at best a game for kids. Boring after 2 games. This game is almost like Axis & Allies by Atari, but that game was a little bit more fun than this.
- Other Thoughts: Should have bought different game, waste of $27. Game quality like 4 years old. Don't buy this game you'll be sorry.
Took a chance
- Pros: I liked the concept of what the game was about.Massive numbers of troops to command.Nice battle sounds. It is rather fun though just by the sheer numbers its like a movie or something, lol.I will still have some enjoyment out of it.
- Cons: Cannot setup your own keys.I really dislike the way the commands are setup.
The only ships i see in the game so far are some lst's.You don't really have the feel of being in charge of any fleet or squadrons. They just come and go when you call in some things.
Some of the pieces get stupid and don't follow proper.
Even though you have the ability to micro manage, and want to,you have little time to do so because there is so much going on at once.
- Other Thoughts: I was hoping for more intuitive controls(seeing they are'nt adjustable) and some of the common sense things to be done without having to do them manually in such a big fight. If you are looking for a c@c type of game, look on.
Suuden Strike3 : Arms for Victory
- Pros: Newest version of Sudden Strike Series in 3D
Huge maps with editor coming soon Realistic military units Control up to 4000 individual units Air and Naval now in game
- Cons: Too much fun.
- Other Thoughts: Have played Sudden Strike Series since 1999. Nothing compares to this game if you like strategy and tactics and realistic atmosphere (maps).
10 times better than Blitzkrieg or any other RTS.
