Pros: pretty accurate once you get used to it.

Pros: Quick to install. Works WAY better than expected. Let's me freehand type, and speak, interchangeably. Don't know how I lived without it.

Cons: None so far. Maybe the hot keys are set up poorly at first. A bit of a learning curve to use all the features and learn it's own "language."

Other Thoughts: I had a previous version a long time ago (5.0?) and it completely sucked. Never thought I'd try it again. Now I'm back in college taking online courses with about 1500 words a week to type. Bought version 12 for cheap cheap (w/some tax software thrown in). The website would not accept the serial number. Nuance apologized and sent me version 13! What a marvel! Granted, I have a quad-core i7 at 3.4 gHz, 16 gigs of RAM, Windows 8.1 64-bit, and a Plantronics GAMECOM headset, but the software is more impressive than I could have imagined! After the initial reading, IT HAS NOT MISSED A WORD! I'm not kidding! I can hardly believe it myself. This is the ticket to getting my education. Thank you, Nuance. Blows SIRI, OnStar, and Windows' voice recognition out of the water! I own a Volt, supposedly with voice activated everything. NONE of it works. Chevrolet needs to get together with Dragon/Nuance, and upgrade the car's software!

Pros: TAUGHT ME TO NOT BUY DRAGON SOFTWARE

Cons: i HAVE DRAGON 12.5.. LOTS OF GLITCHES. CAUSES CUT & PASTE FUNCTION FAILURE IN OTHER SOFTWARE.
DRAGON 13 WOULD NOT INSTALL OR DELETE 12.5. NUANCE NOHELP TECH NOSUPPORT HAD ME UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL ABOUT 6 TIMES. SET A TIME TO CALL , BUT NEVER DID AND BLAMED ME FOR NOT BEING HOME. THE ATTEMPTED INSTALL TOOK ABOUT 30 MINUTES LONGER THAN 12.5 CLEARLY A BAD CD. REFUSED TO SEND A REPLACEMENT.

Other Thoughts: i MISSED GETTING A PAYPAL REFUND BY 6 DAYS.
THE ONLY THING I CAN DO IS TO CAUTION POTENTIAL BUYERS.
