(Though I don't plan on using the Plus Pack, but installed just in case my customer wanted it) Configured a differential disk backup to an external drive daily at 11PM, 7 versions to be created, and let it run. Customer is happy that a backup of all his transactions will be made every day. Cons: Plus Pack was a separate install, and program. I didn't use it but it looks like you have to run it separately and it doesn't integrate with Acronis? Again I didn't play around with it. Other Thoughts: Both Acronis 2013 and the Plus Pack are included on the same DVD. Both serial numbers are on the envelope. Not sure why people are saying that they aren't together in this product. Norton Ghost never worked, but Acronis True Image 2013 Plus does the job without fail! Just remember to NEVER try a disk clone within windows. Always boot from a CD that Acronis has you make for cloning. Cons: None. By far and away the best disk cloning product on the market. It has saved me endless hours of reinstalling the OS and installed software. Other Thoughts: The Plus version is made to clone disks of various sizes to each other provided you don't have to much data on the source disk to fit on the destination disk. According to the forums this is being caused by the sync function always running in background. After uninstalling, have been waiting for over three weeks for Acronis support to get back to me about fix for the bug or give a work-around...nothing. Paid money for unusable software. Other Thoughts: This problem is widely reported in the forums, should have gone there first, but True image has been rock solid in previous versions (10, 11 & 12) I have used. 2013 is garbage as it currently exists 3 out of 7 people found this review helpful. Does what it says it will do. Cons: You have to be smart enough to read. Other Thoughts: The "Plus Pack" is an add on to the full version to allow you to restore the backups to dissimilar hardware. You can't just buy this and install it without the full Acronis package. 2 seconds of research will tell you that. Cons: The product only comes with a serial number for the supplemental Plus pack and does not include the license key for the actual True Image software rendering the purchase useless. Acronis will NOT supply the correct serial unless you have purchased the product directly from them.
