The software will not work on my desktop and Acronis said they will get back to me with a fix sometime in the future. I asked if the warranty is when the product works or from today. "Unfortunately , we cannot provide the 30 days free support program later." "I see that you have purchased the product from the retailer hence we will not be able to refund, if you had purchased from our website we would have processed the refund." Cons: Cannot identify external hard drives with 4096 byte sectors .... Two large Seagate USN expansion drives I bought from New Egg. Was given a store credit for the software purchase price. I also have Acronis backup software. The more I learn about Acronis I think I best look elsewhere. Frankly, I can't believe a software company would let a product out the door like that with DD12 and not be up to hardware that is already in the market place. Tech support at Acronis had on explanation or solution for the customer except it doesn't work with the hardware. Other Thoughts: I think New Egg should think twice dealing with them and about selling their products.
