You can turn any idea you have into a game!! You can even customize your own scripts for different visuals and/or gameplay styles, although you do not need to learn any programming what so ever, there are many people who have created and distributed free scripts to plug into your game. The best thing about it is: it is so simple and easy to use! I have spend may hours in this program making games for my friends to play! Cons: Would be better if Enterbrain pre scripted a Side Battle System script (characters on one side enemies on the other) however you can just look up sbs scripts, there are some very good ones. Pros: I recently re purchased this program for my new pc, I am a sucker for a good sale, and it is awesome! You can turn any idea you have into a game!! You can even customize your own scripts for different visuals and/or gameplay styles, although you do not need to learn any programming what so ever, there are many people who have created and distributed free scripts to plug into your game.

The best thing about it is: it is so simple and easy to use! I have spend may hours in this program making games for my friends to play!

Cons: Would be better if Enterbrain pre scripted a Side Battle System script (characters on one side enemies on the other) however you can just look up sbs scripts, there are some very good ones.

Other Thoughts: Ace has a lot more features, and if you are new to the RPG Maker series of programs, go with VX Ace.
