Street Fighter IV Madcatz Bundle PC Game CAPCOM

Pros: Game is tons of fun. More mature fighters on PC than PS3. Can't say for Xbox 360 cause I don't have it for Xbox 360. FightPad is MUCH better than a keyboard.

Cons: FightPad isn't better than a PS3 Controller.

The FightPad takes some getting used to but it gets the job done.

Pros: Read the reviews on metacritic regarding SFIV - it's a great game, and Games for Windows LIVE is great - personally, I think it's a great way to manage online game profiles across games. I primarily got this for the gamepad though, and for SFIV it is ok (a serious arcade stick is much better though). However, it rocks with MAME. Sengoku 3, Mark of the Wolves, and Final Fight work perfectly. Use turbo for shoot em ups like Gunbird 2!

Cons: For this price, none.

Other Thoughts: I heartily recommend.

Pros: - A classic
- Brings back memories as a kid, playing the original on SNES until 4 in the morning.
- I didn't like all other Street Fighter versions after the original, but this I really enjoy.
- I was skeptical about the quality of the included game pad. It's not bad at all and feels good in my hands. It has turbo for the buttons and is backwards compatible with XBOX.

Cons: I'm able to crank up all maximum visual settings and running this with a 30". Graphic quality wasn't impressive to me. I just wasn't blown away by the graphics. DX11 would be a nice feature.

Other Thoughts: Running this on an overclocked Intel Quad core, 3.5Ghz. A single XFX 5870 XXX, Win7 Pro and a 30" screen. Averages at a steady 60 fps with all visual settings set to max.

Pros: SFIV is a great fighting game; it brings back the tight gameplay of SFII while adding its own formula to the mix. The controller is very good (buttons are solid and responsive), but it is not an arcade stick.

Cons: If you even become slightly interested in the competitive nature of this game, you'll want an arcade stick.

Other Thoughts: This is good for beginners, casual players, or those who hate arcade sticks. But a lot of people may be begging for more; just be sure you're okay with a controller rather than a stick.

Pros: Strongry recommend this game. Great style and a very unique 2D/3D gameplay. Everything you love from the original street fighter games but taken to the highest level. The Graphics are amazing, I maxed out and it is just beautiful (especially coming from the previous version). As you play, the game just builds so much evergy which makes gameplay more than just a fun experience.

Cons: More characters wold be nice...but i guess its one or the other. If capcom focused on creating a quantitative game instead of a qualitative game, it wouldnt be the same. Other than that, absolutely no cons.

Pros: Full version. No having to pay for bonus content like console versions. Looks better, runs faster depending on your PC setup...

Cons: Go to your local retailer and find the game, don't pay extra for a controller unless you don't have one.

Other Thoughts: Won most pirated game of the year award. Won the best fighter game of the year award.

Just get it already.

Works great on any gamer PC. Best part of buying PC version is not only all bonus content included, but being able to go online and download fan-made skins, content, etc. There's even an IP addon for PC gamers to bypass Xbox LIVE for faster 1 on 1 online play.

Does everything the console version does, and more! Get some adapters and plug up your old Xbox 360 controllers without a problem. Or try the Logitech RumblePad2. Either way, you're good to go.

Again, the PC pwns the consoles...

Pros: great game to play with friends

Cons: The gamepad is fine, but to be honest the game is best played on a real arcade stick pad, I don't think the $23 justified the cost of the gamepad, its not that special other than having a street fighter character drawn on it.

Pros: -the in-fight graphics look nice
-online play is a snap, and the community is actually fairly large and friendly
-lots and lots and lots of characters to try
-the music and sound effects are wonderful, yet still have the classic street fighter feel.
-i did not expect this, but the control pad that came with the bundle is actually a very very high-quality product. Obviously, it was designed for Sf4, so it has everything you need for the game. The turbo feature is great, and I am absolutely thrilled to have bought the bundle. This game would not have been nearly as enjoyable if played on a keyboard or lessor quality controller.

Cons: -redundancy. There isnt anything new here. SF4's gameplay is identical to every other street fighter title.
-side screen fighting games were getting old by 2001. Now they are basically irrelevant, but capcom continues to milk the SF brand. This could have/should have been a state-of-the-art three dimensional fighting game. Instead it's the same old thing over and over and over again.
-although there are many characters, several of them: Ken, Ryu, Sakurya, Dan, Akuma, etc are nearly identical
-the controls feel unresponsive at times
-as is true with all of the SF games, there is pretty lousy imbalance. Some characters moves automatically override any other move ie: shoryukens cause virtual invulnerability.
-there are some clipping problems. For example if a character punches, you can kick his/her fist and it affects him/her as if it was a kick to the face.
-the story animations/cut-scenes are still-frame 2D anime style cartoons. I guess no one told capcom it's 2009 now

Other Thoughts: The original street fighter 2, though 15 years older, is still better than the new street fighter 4 in terms of gameplay and style.

I nearly skipped buying the bundle to save a few bucks by buying the game without the control pad. I am very glad I didnt now. The controller rocks. It gives the game a much better feel.

Pros: AWESOME AWESOME graphics. If anyone ever remembers the old school street fighters and how hazed they looked. You will love the dirext x and graphic enhancements. VERY NICE!!

Other Thoughts: If you like fighting games.........this is it. Comes with a playing pad which I highly recommend with this game. If not, not sure if you can reconfigure a rumble pad to do what this pad does for this game.
