The installation process is bugged, taking me several hours to complete with frequent restarts and frozen screens. Once installed, the program always gives an error message, often requiring a restart. It does not recognize spoken commands, although I've tried 3 different microphones. The support page's suggested fix requires that you upgrade to a more stable version at something like a $60 extra cost. Even when it does work, the teaching process is often confusing and frustrating. I strongly recommend avoiding this product.
