Pros: Like the ease of use and it has always been reliable. Parental controls are fantastic. Don't want Jr. getting some unwanted search results. I have owned Zone labs and Norton. Zone labs was always asking me questions, Norton appeared to turn off the software because I didn't renew the subscription. I highly recommend this over the other products. I have been using this brand for 2 years.

Cons: Slows down your machine but no more then the other providers do.
