Pros: This version is my second one that I've used. Just forget about the rest of the brands (K, N, E etc....) It's easy to use and very light. The most important thing is that WEBROOT will allow you to do whatever you want with it during your ownership (1 year).

Cons: The reason I took off an egg because I lost 30 days from my previous version. It doesn't transfer it to my new version. It should automatically does it for you when you activate your new key. Once you get to 30 days (or a month) left, it will stop working.

***NOTE: DO NOT EVER BUY Kaspersky! They will rip you off if you install/uninstall to the same pc a lot. They don't say/list it but if you do it a lot they will disable your key code (I don't remember how many times they allow you).

We buy the license for 365 days and we should be able to use it however ways we want to within the allowances (1 pc or 3 pcs).

Other Thoughts: Webroot will be the best (top of the world) once they fix the above problems (under cons).

Cons: Let me begin by saying Webroot was excited to hear from me regarding the problems with Comodo and Bitdefender that I was having. After my posting they responded with many offers to help solve the problems that the other aforementioned software products failed to get installed. In my postings I stated that I had just purchased 3 user license first for Bitdefender and 2nd for Comodo and due to my hesitancy and lack of success of getting any support from the 2 prior purchased products I had only taken a chance by buying a one user license. The fact that Webroot offered to get it installed on the systems that neither Bitdefender or Comodo could get to work was exciting until they sent an email that said since I had a single user license they could not help. Not sure why having offered to help and anxious to start fixing my problems went to sorry you bought a one user license. Not hard to understand their point but surprised to get a response of pay up or no help after they had excitedly responded to my post on their website of help with nothing mentioned about needing 3rd seat. During my correspondence to Webroot I received a promise from Bitdefender to get their program installed but I told them I was waiting to see what Webroot was going to do. Well not only did Webroot drop any correspondence they set Facebook to not allow any postings from me. My experience in computers is over 30 years and retired from computer support after I got cancer at 59 and already had 3 heart attacks. Now being 69 I have still tried to keep up but my old age does hinder me so now I have to allow others to do their job, but working with me I have a ton of hours of computer phone support to assist. My ending to this story is for Webroot to say we will gladly get our software installed on your other systems and after we are successfull you will need to buy the extra seats. Yet because I had within last month already purchased two new softwares with extra seats and Bitdefender promised to fix the software then I went back to them. If Webroot had made the offer to fix before paying then we would still be trying out their software. Maybe Webroot lost confidence in getting their software installed if Comodo and Bitdefender could not do it so they blocked me from posting on Facebook and left it in the minds of readers that they had offered help but did not want posted how they demanded the money before fixing the problem which we still do not know if they can fix the problem so throwing away more money? In the future Webroot if you actually plan to help someone regardless of single or multiple user you should follow through on your offer then address the extra user issue and to stop me from posting the results of our working experience you block me. To little time to write trash about people or companies but plenty of time to let the public know of OUR actual experiences and then you can judge based on info you would not get elsewhere.

Other Thoughts: This is a sad situation since Webroot could be a big winner but wants the money before their offer to help is honest. Who would not offer to help if they bought it all from them. Having a one user license we could have uninstalled it from one system and have them try to install it on the system that has a problem. No longer do I need additional licenses to see if the product works because I will use my newly purchased single user license and then Webroot can fulfill their offer to fix my system without giving me or charging me for additional licenses. If they cannot get it installed why buy more useless licenses?

Pros: I have Norton installed on my PC and use other scanners as well. Webroot is the only virus scanner that consistently catches malware/viruses when all the other virus programs do not indicate any issues.

Easy to install and use.

It also contains an outgoing firewall, which is great.

Pros: Works Immediately after download/installation.

Pros: Like ease of going to web sites and Webroot handling passwords for me. Have been secure and have used this the year before also. Uses less space on the computer.

Cons: Sometimes it can cost more than others.

Other Thoughts: I like it and don't have to worry about threats. I have used this software for a couple of years now and love it.

Pros: Fast program, updates over cloud, fantastic customer service.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Recommend to everyone, have been using this software for 8 plus years and never have had a problem. Customer support one day turn around, can't ask for more than that.

Pros: One of the best Internet Security packages available today. Uses very little resources, works in the background. I used Norton for years, but after having an issue with my passwords with Webroot I find that their customer service is quite adequate and has convinced me I made the correct change to Webroot.

Cons: none, there isn't one security suite that can catch everything, you just have to make the choice what works best for you.

Other Thoughts: People need to think about what they are posting. I see what is commonly known as user error a lot.

Pros: Small footprint, simple.

Cons: Poor support, Browser add on Freezes Firefox after 5 to 30 minute of use, Supports only reply is a link to a program that Takes a ton of computer info (some that you don't want them to have). They want me to run that for a while and then send them the info. NOT going to happen. Disabled the Firefox add-on and no more freezing!

Other Thoughts: Not worth the time and money to deal with a buggy product that they want you to fix for them!
