The bigger piece I want to mention is their rebate return service. If I had to sum it up in one word it would be Awesome. I recently built a computer and bought this as the anti-virus software. through the course of buying parts I had several mail in rebates. Symantec's rebate was the last one I did and I received the pre-paid card in a little over a month. They emailed me with a confirmation that they had received it and sent emal updates to its status. I still have 4 other rebates that I sent out over 3 months ago with no contact from any of the companies. In the future I will easily trust Symantec over Cooler Master and MSI when dealing with rebates. Again blown away by the rebate and I would say wait to buy until you see a rebate I got this product for $15 on a $45 rebate and have recently seen it going for $25 with a rebate. THANK YOU SYMANTEC!!! Cons: No cons that I've found with this product, has a easy non technical menu for those who don't like to delve into computers or you can go into advanced settings and really play with the settings and make it your own. 1 out of 3 people found this review helpful. Cons: I've serviced hundreds of computers, and 9 times out of 10 the infected ones have either Norton or Mcafee. 2 out of 5 people found this review helpful. Did you?
