Overall Microsoft did an excellent job in preparing this product for Small Business Clients with little or no IT resources. The price was very low especially from NewEgg. Cons: None, We love it, runs smooth and very stable. Other Thoughts: NewEgg, what can I say, this company has surpassed themselves time and time again in customer service excellence, we always pick them first when looking for IT products. Thank you!
