Other Thoughts: I'd rather own a purchased copy--then it would at least be good for a few years. This thing, even if I get it to work has already caused me so much grief that I can't stand microsoft. Any no I'm not in the mood to go on one of their help sites and fight through that nonsense. This product was supposed to work. I'm sorry I bought into this thing. I hope this is helpful to someone.

Cons: I've been a loyal newegg customer for years and I believe this is my first negative review, definitely the first due to newegg's customer service. I purchased the digital download version of this software yesterday and the activation code I was emailed does not work. I've spent over 3 hours with MS and newegg customer support with no resolution. Newegg advised me it would be 3-7 business days before they could help me reach a resolution.. thanks for that, considering I need this software next week I'm going to be forced to buy another copy and hope newegg will give me a refund.
