Tech support helped with an issue when their system didn't work. I was able to create a book with my photos easily. Cons: The other one didn't work at all. Cons: I did not order this while I was ordering another item; this was added without my knowledge even after I requested it to be taken off. After several emails to customer service I was told there was nothing they could do; basically I was stuck with it, even thought it was not authorized by me. There website is the worse I have ever dealt with. Also, if the customer requests a refund they should receive it. They advertised it as a promotional sale, and in the end it was full price, but then they say it is a shutterfly $20 promo card, so it's not a promotional sale. Other Thoughts: I will never deal with this company ever again. I have also told other federal agencies about what has happened and advised them as well not to buy from them. I feel this company is a scam and will constantly give them very bad ratings for how this whole incident was handled. 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you?
