Pros: I found this utility software very easy to install and use. I used the software with my new SSD drives; each drive setup for the copy in two different ways. On one system I had a spare SATA port that I could use, the second system I was forced to use a SATA to USB adapter (i.e. no SATA ports). I got the same excellent results. When I made the newly copied SSD drive the default boot drive both systems booted right up with no issues.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I bought this product with two SAMSUNG 850 EVO 1TB SSD drives. I ran a comparison test with the Samsung Migrate utility (which came with the drives). The Samsung Migrate failed to create a bootable drive. When I ran the Paragon Migrate on the same drive it booted right up.

Pros: It was simple to use.

Cons: It did not work. Since my SSD was about the same size as the size of my current drive including all partitions all the software needed to do was copy the C partition and set up the booting of the PC. Yes, it copied - no it did not set up the booting correctly. After many attempts at fixing this it finally destroyed the system. I went back to my old HD and currently have the SSD only for files. Not only a waste of money but it caused many hours of attempting to repair the system.

Pros: None, application does not work

Cons: Although the application said it copied and partitioned everything correctly, it did not, the associated media builder did not work either.

Other Thoughts: Don't waste your $15.00 and more importantly your time it will not work.

Pros: Was not real expensive. I did not throw a large amount of money away and only lost 2 days or so trying to make it work

Cons: Never could get it to work.. Along eith a bunch more people on Google.. After spending over 8 hours each time copying the old drive to e new same size SSD, IT WOULD NOT BOOT..

Other Thoughts: Save your money... Ended up using Acronous (sp?)

Other Thoughts: This software is Junk! It was a waist of my time and Money! I have been working in IT for over 25 years. This software was very easy to use and run, anybody could do it. That's where it ends, if it does not do what it is supposed to do now it just cost me $15. and 3 hours. I did find a great free utility that works and is even easier to use. drive clone 11 Free

Pros: Simple effective tool for migrating a Windows partition from one disk to another (including the separate "reserved" partition created by a standard Windows installation). Allows the user to specify non-system files and directories to be excluded, to permit moving a larger partition to a smaller SSD/HDD drive. Excellent for those of us who are less technologically sophisticated.

Cons: This is NOT a general partition management tool (nor does it pretend to be). It only moves a Windows OS partition from one drive to another, while doing all the necessary housekeeping chores needed to make the target drive bootable.

Other Thoughts: I'm sure that there are other more generalized partition management tools out there that have much more functionality, but they require a higher level of understanding about how partitioning works than I have. I had a specific need of migrating the contents of my Windows C:/ drive from a slower HDD to a much faster SSD, making the SSD the new boot device. I ran the software, changed the BIOS boot order, and I was good to go.
