Pros: Powershell integration.
Navigation has never been easier. Right clicking on the start menu and choosing CMD Prompt - with admin - is the greatest thing an admin could ask for.
Driver stability is even better than 7 for a few of my systems.
Although already implemented in 8 and 8.1 - Hybrid startup and shutdown make boot times a breeze. A little late from Microsoft considering SSDs are becoming the norm, but much appreciated.
Task Manager is always improving. Again, this was already taken to the next level with 8, but it only gets better with each version of windows.
Due to the technical preview, free release, and pretty much everything else, I feel that vendors were able to get their drivers and software out much quicker after 10's release than previous versions of Windows.

Cons: High system requirements. Really thought with the dropping of Metro and more refined and cleaner GUI that Win10 would need less ram and CPU power, but it hasn't seemed to change much.
Had a lot of migration issues with upgrading. Clean installs and pcs that came with 10 were a breeze, but I have faced everything from looping bsods to a blank black screen on boot.

Other Thoughts: Sped up the boot speed and Shutdown speed on my AMD E-series netbook by 80-90%. Fixed Driver conflictions on 2 different systems with the same model GPU and Windows 7. Startup menu shortcuts and powershell integration make it much easier for Admins to do what they need to. Seems to have taken well with all hardware that I have thrown at it so far.

Some may think that 5 stars is too high for a Microsoft product and that I am not paying attention to the many issues that come with a new OS, but I honestly feel that this is one of Microsoft's best OSes since the release of Windows 7. We need to keep moving forward, and they are finding more and more ways to do so.

Pros: Professional edition versus Home edition:
-BitLocker
-Group Policy Management
Home has none of the above.

Full Version will allow for a re-install for when I upgrade my PC.

Cons: Minor glitches/ irritations that I've seen but nothing too much that I couldn't handle.

Other Thoughts: Upgraded my PC from Windows 7 to 10 Pro. I bought the stand alone 64-Bit Full Version because I didn't want to install over 7 and have garbage left behind with the registry and temporary files.

I highly recommend this product so far. It has been very good.

Pros: Well yes its better than 7 and 8.1 and great for gaming....

Cons: After installing my new motherboard it said my windows was no longer active and I would have to buy a new key or down grade. Ended up downgrading. I mean why should I have to buy another key just for fixing my computer its 100% bull... So be very careful when upgrading and be prepared for microsofts rep say "Thats to bad theres nothing we can do" excuse.

Other Thoughts: Besides that happening its a pretty good OS. But I'll be on win 7 till the price comes down

Pros: Good install and easy. Installed it 2 time and the second time did a custom install to remove a few features I didn't want to use. For me this is a great OS, like it better than Windows 8.1 and Windows 7.

Cons: None yet.

Pros: The clean install without upgrade downloads
DirectX 12 !!!! (If you play games this is a MUST!!!!)
Easy interface
Has all the bells and whistles for most Hardware out of the box
FAST booting with SSD at least ;) Faster than 7 or 8
Built in antivirus

Cons: Expensive
Many uninformed users cry about what they don't yet understand so the reviews are skewed for this product.

Other Thoughts: If your into gaming DirectX12 is the future. FACT: Right now most of your games only use a maximum of 2 cores CPU to run. DirectX12 changes that dramatically. All future high resolution, high frame rate games will be on DX12!

Pros: very intuitive. settings are always at hand. everything seems to be very simplified

Cons: windows cant seem to get their act together concerning solid state drives (hard disk drive you may say). seems to be so sluggish, read/write rates sank with windows 10 (i came from windows 7).

glitches everywere, nothing huge, but sure are going to be ironed out with time.

Pros: Stable

Better access to administration than windows 8

NO METRO DEFAULT

Extremely fast

Nice GUI

Improved Start Menu and Side/Action Bar

Cons: Sends data home to Microsoft (some of this can be disabled)

Shares your WiFi key if the feature is not disabled (can be disabled)

Uses your upload bandwidth to torrent updates to other users. (can be disabled)

Microsoft Can remotely disable software on your system if deemed necessary (as stated in their EULA)

Other Thoughts: I love the OS. I do NOT like the direction Microsoft is (publicly) taking with the back doors and information gathering practices. Perhaps (I doubt it) all the backlash they are receiving from the community will assist them in changing their minds.

Pros: There must be something but right now I cant think of any.

Cons: Will not run many of my win 7 programs, Keeps hanging up on start screen. updates are cumbersome. Was a clean install. Ha loads files slowly. My main computers are still running windows 7 with no problems.

Other Thoughts: It black screens a lot and I mean a lot. If you get free have fun.

Pros: Added features that did not exist in the previous version of windows. Built off the same framework of windows 7. Stable release for the most part.

Cons: Still a lot of room for growth and maturity. Most programs work but there can be issues and quirks that have to be worked out. Some annoying things that need to be changed such as an inability to install windows apps on anything other than C drive.

There are some other annoyances. If you use no AV or an AV that does not report to windows that it exists then you constantly get a windows defender nag. Normally you can turn that off in windows 7 but 10 has no option I can see.

Other Thoughts: It is young and it needs to grow up, but there are things to like about it.

Pros: Fast, reliable, and edge explorer!
