Pros: Works...until it decides to stop.

Cons: Don't waste your money. If you stop paying the service contract, you cannot reinstall it as they will not give you an activation key. Also, it is tied to a user so if a user leaves your company you can not reuse a license for a new user even if the old one is gone. Basically, the licensing is terrible.

Pros: Don't Purchase This Software its engine calls for a lot of GUI's many configurations steps needed. However it will work, but it is not worth it. Support is helpful with the current version.

Cons: DON'T Purchase This Software, REPEAT! DO NOT PURCHASE this Software! You cannot fully remove it from Windows OS. It Emedds in the Legacy of the Registry, You will have to re-image or format your PC

Other Thoughts: Webwatcher works great and installed on different Windows OS.

Pros: Literally records every pasword and keystroke in a fashion that makes it easy to document for management / police / courts.
Helped me record a payroll clerk who overpaid herself by changing work logs after they had been reviewed / approved by management.
I am now installing this on every computer in my office and retail environment.
It allows me to configure access by windows user. I am able to restrict web traffic to only web sites my employees need to complete retail transactions. No more time wasted on facebook, you tube,etc...
I recommend this product to anyone who wants to know what is happening on a desktop when they are not around.

Cons: All are relatively minor considering the excellent performance of the product.

High frame rates of screen capture will slow down the processor. It took a few configuration attempts to get the software to run lean enough while using a processor heavy database.
If installed on a non-network stand alone machine, can be difficult to retrieve/view log files from offsite.
Internet blocking would be better served through use of categories in addition to specific websites.

Other Thoughts: Try it on one machine...i'll bet you put it on every box (other than your own) within a year.

Pros: Easy to use

Cons: Don't buy this product. It occasionally stops working for no apparent reason. You must re-install to fix it. And if you re-install it a few times the product key becomes corrupt. I called tech support many times and they cant fix it. They tell me to buy the upgrade. So I bought this product and it only worked for a few months. Don't waste your money. Webwatcher is much better.

Pros: Great software and interface. Monitors as stated. Very helpful in keeping you computer and family safe from the perils of the internet.

Cons: Loyalty to customers who have purchased previous versions is poor. Basically once the company releases a new version they drop owners of the previous version. I understand the the support contract running out but they deny you the updates that they made to your version. Something that could easily be left on their website. So if you ever have to reinstall the software of your version you lose all the improvements they made to your version. I think they could at least leave the updates to your version on a their website should you ever have to reinstall considering the price you have to pay for this software.

Other Thoughts: Good monitoring product. I think the very small effort of keeping the updates of older versions of their software on their website would be nice and it's a shame they don't.

Pros: Facebook, MySpace, Chat, Email, websites, games, pictures they upload... this program records everything. It is really quite amazing. One feature I really like is the Screen Snapshot feature. It works like a DVD players so I can easily skim through all the computer activity in a familiar visual way. Speed it up, slow it down... whatever I like. If I see something I don't like I can get all the details. It does everything it says it does AND it is VERY easy to install and use. Highly recommended!

Pros: Does everything it says. Great interface! The ability to view the data on a separate computer is fantastic.
