Pros: none

Cons: cant make tis software to work in my windows 10 system hangs in edit mode and burn disk mode have to close program using task manager.Tried to create DVD disk with an MP4 video file which is supported file . The software has the latest update .

Pros: A great editor.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I based the above review on purchasing the program for $45. It's a steal at that price. At it's list price there is plenty of good competition. Each bringing their own specialty to the game. You have Motion Tracking and Subtitling with Video Studio Pro. With Pinnacle Studio 18 Ultimate, you have a host of "pro" features that extend past the consumer editor into the prosumer realm. There is also PowerDirector 13 Ultimate that brings in Multicam (MEP has it too) and a couple of other features.
As posted above, I mainly use PS18U. The feature set is outstanding, and it works for me. I own all the editors mentioned here, and still return to PS18U for editing.

Pros: Offers a lot of performance for the price I paid, $45. I also have PowerDirector 13 Ultimate, VideoStudio Pro X6U and Pinnacle Studio 18 Ultimate.
My go to editor is Pinnacle. It edits as the pros edit with any track being anything you want. Music, titles, whatever. PD and VSP force you to use assigned tracks, which isn't bad, but makes for less workspace.
The program is very responsive and the feature set is very good. Not as extensive as PS18U, but on par with other editors.

Cons: Download all the extra features. Takes a long time and with this purchase, there is no explanation on what to do or how to do it.
You have to go to HELP>Download plugins to get the additional Red Giant, templates, NewBlue Titler, etc..

Other Thoughts: You will not find a better editor with these features for this price.
But in the end, Pinnacle Studio 18 Ultimate is a more advanced editor with a host of features, but also a slightly higher learning curve.
