Cons: The installation procedure for this software is one of the worst I have ever seen. When you insert the cd install disk and click install for the product, it makes you download a file and start the install all over. Then you have to enter the registration code from the cd envelope. It then makes you logon online, create and account, and enter your email. Several minutes later it sends another registration code. I've never had a virus. When a website with active Malware, Registry Keys or other stuff tries to infect my computer it stops everything and informs me. Then one "click" and gone to the vault. I installed PC tune-up in 2011 and love all the options it offers me to clean my cookies, files, and disks. I've never had a problem with it using Win7, XP, or Vista.
