bitdefender Antivirus PLUS 2012 - 3 User

Pros: Priced Decently

Cons: Immediately after installaion finished my pc blue screened..Upon restarting everything was fine so I updated this program. Now my computer can't get past the windows loading screen before it freezes (after researching it seems this is a problem with others as well). I have SP1 for Windows 7 and my pc far excedes the requirements. If I find a fix i'll edit this. I am building a second computer right now that will be finished next weekend, if it works well with that pc I'll change the eggs.

Pros: Great price, quick install, and does a good job. Why pay for more expensive antivirus software?

Cons: none

Pros: Bitdefender is the only Antivirus software I will use now. It's solid, easy to use, very effective, and is not bloated like most other major players in the field. I would highly recommend Bitdefender over any other Antivirus solution out there today.

Cons: I didn't get it sooner!

Pros: I did some review online and finally selected Bitdefender based on 2 factors.. it was a 2 year license and the other main factor is it does not slow down your PC as other products in the market place. Its more than a year since I am using this and I have been extremely happy and so far no infections on my PC and laptop.

Cons: So far NONE found.

Other Thoughts: I would definitely recommend to any one who wants a quality Anti Virus software.

Pros: its pretty awesome and does what its made for

Other Thoughts: its so great, i feel im ripping bitdefender off by paying that low one time price for 2 years

Pros: Can't beat the price and can't beat the security on it. It was rated just as high as norton on a lot of reviews. The menu is easy to use.

Cons: You gotta have a lot of memory to run this thing on your computer.

Other Thoughts: If you have a 512mb memory computer, forget about it. If you have a 1gb memory computer, than you can run it, but it will take up a lot of space and slow it down. I guess that goes with pretty much all the anti virus these days that are worth anything.

Pros: Average Antivirus software package

Cons: Does not like to coexist with other security software

Pros: Very Cheap, only paid 5 bucks. Good for 3 computers

Cons: caused software conflicts with evga precision...its a utility from ecga use to over clock, monitor and test your gpu......ended up uninstalling and useing microsoft security essentials

Other Thoughts: I used bitdefender internet security 2010 for 2 years and never had any viruses get thru to my pc....it was easy to use and very effective. This one just doesn't compare.

Pros: my av of choice,
works fine in game mode on vista 64 and win7 pro 64
i try to catch this multi year multi license version :)

Cons: none this year. but... back in March 2010... I had vista64

Other Thoughts: I use this, and like this AV, it has low resource demand in win7 64. but I don't fully trust the updates. So, I keep a backup image of the OS just in case.

Pros: This anti-virus I had bought for $5. I think it's an awesome price, and I had used Total Security of BitDefender before I got this to see the test results and everything it can do.
Well since this is just the anti-virus I saw process usage down because of the less stuff on it.
This anti-virus is actually really amazing. It had taken out virus I never knew that were viruses. Including a worm that was inside my wireless adapters drivers.
Strange place to be, but hey, I won't complain. Norton couldn't find it even if it tried. But this did.
The scans are amazingly fast, and hardly take any speed of my computer. Games run fine even when this thing starts to do a full scan.
I enjoy BitDefender's products and plan to be a long time customer if they keep up the good work.

Cons: The services shuts down every so often. Not as much as the Total Secuirty trial, but it does.
I haven't been able to pin when it shuts down, but I can at least do a full scan before it dies.
Also, Game-mode isn't much of a performance thing, it's post to stop pop-ups mainly, but I have not seen this pop-up a single message. Usually kills without me doing anything.

Other Thoughts: Get this is you're really wanting a good anti-virus.
It's 3 PCs for one year, and I was lucky and got six more PCs for six months a piece.
That's good service right there.
Oh, and do not leave any HUGE files in a spot. Sorry, one huge file. It will sit there for a few seconds on the same file. Looks like it froze.
It keeps scanning those files because I keep forgetting to delete them.
