Terrific way to do taxes
- Pros: Easy to understand question and answer format. All of the forms you could ever need. Fast setup and good support from H & R Block. Better every year.
- Cons: Costs money. Can't help you find lost paperwork...
- Other Thoughts: If you want to struggle with jargon and forms, pencils and calculator be my guest. How much is your time really worth. You are asked questions, fill out some forms and for the most par that's it. I've used tax cut every year since 1996. I'm not going back and TaxCut does more than TurboTax. I watched my father, an accountant, struggle with taxes for ages. For the rest of us it is not worth the struggle. Get TaxCut and end the madness.
You Just Keep Getting Less And Less
- Pros: Allows Multiple tax returns to be completed, saved, and printed (unlike Turbotax).
- Cons: Keeps making the consumer accept more and more features at higher costs each year. This would have still been a mediocre product at half the price.
