Pros: This software does what it is supposed to do. It is easy to use, just fill in the blanks.

Other Thoughts: A lot of people are giving this a poor rating since there is a fee to e-file. So if you don't want to pay the extra money, print it and mail it in for free. Your return may take longer, but it is still an option...stop complaining about e-file.

Pros: Straight forward software. Works well.

Cons: Bought the Federal & State package so that I can do it all. E-Filing State was $20 extra.

Pros: Took me just 15 minutes to complete. That included importing from all of my investment & retirement accounts.
Real estate investments... no problem. It does all that I need and the price is right.

Cons: The only con I could think of would be that there is a charge to efile your state taxes. Since I do not have to file state taxes in Florida I am neutral in that respect. I assume tho that you could prepare your state taxes easily then just mail them in.

Other Thoughts: I had been using Turbo Tax since the year it was first released (in the mid 90's I think) but when they increased the price 2 years ago I switched to H&R Block. I am not sorry or disappointed at all.

Pros: NEW EGG's download was fast

Cons: title says it all...better be on your toes...now I see why this product was on sale...I really see why these guys put it on at a discount...talk about turning your head around...luckily I have an accountant in my office and he helped me thru the muck of this application...be aware.

Other Thoughts: It may be better to just pay someone that follows this stuff to do it in the future...for all of you who voted for " CHANGE YOU CAN BELIEVE IN"...I guess you got it and so did I...now taxes are EXTREMELY complicated...and THANKS to all of you that voted this DOOD in TWICE no less.

Cons: Cons: Not accurate at all and too easy to make a mistake. Taxes owed increased drastically after trying to enter a form.

Pros: Overall, this isn't bad software, there's parts of it that could use a little extra polishing and better explanations, but not too bad.

Cons: -Although this software SAYS it comes with State, (which it does) You have to pay an additional 19.95 in order to efile your state return. WHAT THE EVERLOVING HECK?

I really don't mind paying a set fee for the software, but when it says Deluxe+State, I ASSUME that allows me to file a free state return to accompany my federal return.

Other Thoughts: No. I wouldn't recommend this software. Go to any number of websites that allow you to file online. You shouldn't get bilked an additional 20 bucks to efile your state return when the software CLAIMS it comes with state.

Cons: It will be really difficult for the average person to do the tax return correctly with this software.
$20 extra for state efiling is just ridiculous. H&R just wants to rip you off.

Pros: Doing your taxes is a breeze.

Cons: You still pay 20 dollar e-file fee for state

Cons: Gets stuck in an "must update fed" loop

Other Thoughts: So it filed fed (free) and state ($19.95), but immediately after transmitting, said fed needed updated. Did that and it went backwards to the part before filing. I figured the filing never really took place, but after doing it again and it AGAIN wanting to update the fed before it could file, I checked my bank account and there it showed the state had two pending charges for e*file. Customer support was no good because I bought it from 3rd party. H&R Supplies to Newegg but then won't support it.

Pros: Horrible software

Cons: State eFile is not included even if you pay for the state portion of the program. Will not buy again!
Customer service was very rude and was aware of the issue. Seems like these guys deserve to go out of business. Turbo Tax is the way to go.
