Pros: Thorough and accurate

Cons: None for me, I've been using H&R Block software since the 90s.

Other Thoughts: This software has always met my needs. I like how it automatically imports the previous years return information (assuming you're working from the same computer, of course), and the interview questions do a nice job of guiding you through the process.

Pros: Price

Cons: Once its yours its yours forever (i.e. no returns) Downloaded 3 times. Each file corrupted or would not run after changing the extension.

Other Thoughts: Tech support a joke. After robo prompts and having to redial, waited 40 minutes for someone to pick up. $33 was not worth wasting more than the 3 hours I put in turning on and off anti-virus, running diagnostics, researching online and waiting on the phone. Do yourself a favor and skip this headache. Maybe if you buy on disc and actually get to use program it will be impressive but from my pre-use experience I doubt it.
