Pros: Cheap (You get what you pay for.)

Cons: Previous year did not import.
Have to hunt around to install business software separate, install personal by default.
Gives almost no information on subject matter.
Its terrible software

Other Thoughts: After using this software, I may have just entered all the IRS forms by hand.
I will never buy an H&R product again.

Pros: Low cost - especially when bought on special.
Cheaper than Turbo Tax - especially if you have a small home business or LLC.

Cons: False Advertising: While the Home software will import prior info from TurboTax, the Business software WILL NOT. Website states that ALL of their products will.
They state you have unlimited access to Tax Professionals for questions. NOT for Business software.
Poor Interview process for entering information - Home and Business
Support staff is hard to get to - phone robot answers the call - and once you do get them they are not knowledgeable about the software and could not even Load the Business software to try and help me. (They DO try hard, but don't seem trained on all products)
Interview process is cumbersome for Home, and non-existent for Business software.

Other Thoughts: I don't know what possessed me to try H&R Block again. (A previous use resulted in letters from IRS due to missing forms) The experience has been very frustrating. DO NOT use this for your business unless you have a Very good knowledge of IRS rules or are a CPA and only need a way to fill out the forms. You will not get any help from the software or the support people. I am getting it done, but only with a lot of trial and error. Turbo Tax is Much easier for the novice, but if you have a small business you have to buy 2 of their top-end programs.
