Guild Wars Platinum Edition PC Game NCSOFT

Pros: No Monthly Fees, Create 4 Playable Different Characters on 1 Account, Beautiful Graphics even in todays 2010 standards. Great Story lines in my opinion. Very nice game. I never played a MMORPG before this one. My usual is Racing or First Person Shooter. I have to say after 2 years of playing I beat the game, but now I can go back anywhere in the game and help online players and I still haven't been to all the optional areas yet than are not required to beat the game. That's how huge this game is.
I play this game a lot... It has special holiday events, bonus weekend specials and lots of other good stuff. I never played a MMORPG and never new what I was missing out on. I really like it.

Cons: I paid $40.00 for mine new.. now its still stunning, but a lot less money.

Other Thoughts: Best system requirements I enjoy playing GUILD WARS on are at least a 2.0ghz Single Core CPU, 2048mb(2 gigs)ram, and a 128mb-256bit agp video card and a 7200rpm hard drive speed running on Windows XP. These are just the minimum requirements for me to have smooth gameplay on highest/higher quality settings. If you lower the Graphic quality settings you may be able to play on a weaker system than this but low quality settings is not an option in my preference. Its either medium-high graphics or nothing.

Pros: *no monthly sub!!!!!
*Great Story including the expansions
*Tons of different builds and lots of classes combinations
*Hundreds of hours of great gameplay.
*Pretty good graphics for a 5 year old game
*Lots of strategy incorpated into the gameplay
*Great for a casual player that wants something with different difficulties.

I was able get the game & 3 expanions for $30(got the steam trilogy onsale the other week and this for EotN), thats a steal!!!!

Cons: *Not a con for me but its a very heavily instanced game so that could turn off some people who want that "open world" feel.(this is going away in GW2 if I read correctly)

*I wasn't playing this before getting into WoWcrack(been clean for a year), could have saved alot of money, ah well.

Other Thoughts: Great fun game that pulls you in with lots to do.
Even if you only have an hour to play that day, you can still accomplish something but still have places that can take 2-4 hrs etc.

Pros: Graphics and game play is awesome. This is not cartoony like WOW !!!!!

Cons: having to wait for guild wars 2 because you get hooked on guild wars

Pros: No monthly fees. Unlimited game play. No need to invite other players to your group just add npc controlled henchmen to get your quests done. Oh yeah did I say NO MONTHLY FEES!!

Other Thoughts: This is a great game even though its a few years old now the graphics are still pretty good. I started out with Nightfall and wanted the Eye of the North expansion so this is a bonus getting Prophecies also.

Pros: Incredibly good deal for what you get. Game itself is pretty good, with no monthly fees (a definite win in my book).

Cons: None, really. Shipping isn't free?

Other Thoughts: I have read so many customer reviews from people completely confused about what you get from this. It's a SET. Prophecies and EotN as one key. You cannot split the keys to two accounts, and I have no clue how you'd read it that way looking over the specs. It says it's a compilation, after all.

Besides that, YES, YOU CAN ADD THIS TO AN ACCOUNT WITH PROPHECIES ALREADY. Ignore what the game says about you being better off doing a second account and keep going. My own GW account was created by purchasing the Game of the Year Prophecies edition, the Trilogy, and this, the Platinum edition. My account is just fine, too.

Pros: Low Low Cost and no monthly fees. Great game for those that haven't played and like MMOs. I've played all the others and kind of got burnt out on all the grinding, especially after Aion. This is a great game to recover while still playing an MMO. Great for casual players too.

Cons: Not so much a con, but to be aware: Not open world, zones are instanced.

Other Thoughts: For $10 how can you lose?

Pros: Great Game! Fun and something new to try recommend if anyone is having hard time finding a good f2p mmo

Pros: Awesome deal. Much better then NcSoft themselves. Great game, if you get the chance pick this title up, you wont regret it.

Other Thoughts: Dont order during any holiday. Even if shipping is free chose another option cause it took forever to get it to me, far more then the seven days they promised (all business days). The place it was shipped from is only 4 hours away. Ordered on the 20th of Dec and got it 5th of Jan.

Pros: great price for a great game even NCSOFT wants more on there site for the same thing.

Pros: Guild Wars is an excellent game and for the price, this is the greatest deal I have ever seen. I actually bought this as a second Guild Wars account for extra storage and Newegg had the best offer.
