Pros: Exactly what I ordered and recieved it quickly

Pros: Drivers installed beautifully in Hyper V server 2012 in a D R720. I was amazed to see the NIC's show up clearly in Hyper V networking, Intel must have recognised how bad Hyper V networking adapter labels are and decided to fix it. Yeah to Intel!

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: I was a little unsure how the drivers would install in Hyper V server 2012, same as server core, but the drivers installed ok.
My R720 came with 4 MB NIC's, but one was lost to onboard management, one to hyper V management, leaving only 2. So this is a great addition for those who want to really max out VM's.

Pros: I have a pretty high end ESXi5 server I built and I wanted to be able to separate the NICs for things like having different networks separated and this worked beautifully. If you want to setup a firewall on a VM and dedicate NICs to those networks, this works well.

Cons: Ran into zero issues with this NIC. It's now a lot more expensive than the price I purchased it for.

Other Thoughts: It does everything I need in an ESXi5 server.

Pros: Bought this to attach two Coraid SR1521 RAID shelves to a Sun X2200M2 server running CentOS 5. Previously, I was using a Coraid NAS appliance. Read speeds went from ~50 MB/s to about 200 MB/s after using this board, since I can now bond two gigabit network links per RAID shelf to give me increased throughput. Also useful was the ability to set the MTU to 9014 - and match the MTU of the NICs inside the SR1521.

Cons: Increased server temperature slightly, but this is to be expected.
